Job Description
My client, a leading manufacturing company in the building products industry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. The role focuses on optimizing productivity, maintaining accurate inventory levels, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and space utilization.
- Monitor safety compliance and implement operational best practices.
- Resolve order discrepancies and shipment issues.
- Train, evaluate, and support team members to build performance and morale.
Qualifications:
