We are seeking an on-site administrative assistant who enjoys working in a fast‑paced team environment and providing exceptional customer service!

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of recent experience in administrative support roles required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Ring Central and internet research tools.

Duties Include

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the executive team and managing the efficient operations of the corporate office.
  • Answering telephones, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, creating presentations and reports, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, maintaining filing system sorting mail, maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Makes travel arrangements for executive team such as booking flights, rental cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
