Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our operations. The primary responsibilities include assisting the dealer with routine clerical and administrative duties.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Answering telephones and taking messages or transferring calls.
- Scheduling appointments and updating event calendars.
- Sorting and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Copying, filing, and maintaining paper or electronic documents and records.
- Editing company correspondence and ensuring document accuracy.
- Drafting routine memos, billing, or reports.
- Arranging staff meetings.
- Maintaining databases and filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Preparing and processing billing and other office documents.
- Performing basic bookkeeping.
- Receiving and processing all funds, including cash, checks, and credit card payments, and recording all receipts.
- Handling personal and confidential matters of the Dealer as needed.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills for efficient office management.
- High integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive or private information confidentially.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and courteously, fostering a positive work environment and client experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
