Senior Lead – Client Operations & Services
Job Description Overview
The creative resource project manager supports the internal creative studio production projects end to end and effectively allocates and manages creative resources across the digital, email, print, and retail workstreams. This person is process-driven and central to resource planning—keeping workloads balanced, teams informed, and projects completed on time. Responsibilities
Help scope projects to ensure accurate workload forecasting and capacity planning. Understand team members’ day-to-day routines and needs, monitor their utilization hours, anticipate bottlenecks, and recommend resource shifts to meet priorities. Foster communication and collaboration across teams to abate project issues, increase quality control, and amplify smooth workflows. Liaise between the creative director and creative team, ensuring stakeholder objectives and brand standards are met. Use advanced time management skills to monitor project schedules, progress, and timely delivery. Prepare comprehensive status reports and post-project evaluations. Report to senior management project outcomes, successes, and lessons learned, providing strategic insights and clear action items. Optimize Workfront workflows with creative team perspective and input. Advocate the use of project management tools like Workfront, quickly learning new platforms as needed. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Minimum 7 years of experience related to the job description. Preferred Qualifications
Seven to ten years’ experience managing creative resources and projects in agency, digital marketing, or production environments. Deep understanding of creative processes, production workflows, and brand adherence. Expertise in workload balancing, capacity management, and multiproject coordination. Comfortable multitasking and reprioritizing in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Able to lead cross‑functional teams through idea generation and production. Team‑player with advanced emotional intelligence and relationship‑building skills. Successful motivator and champion of others. Innovative problem solver and s
