We are seeking a Security professional to join our team at ASTON GARDENS AT TAMPA BAY. As a Security professional, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Resident Services to supervise the Security and Transportation Department.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with staffing coverage and scheduling of the department, communicating with drivers, conducting regular inspections of all vehicles, and maintaining all community vehicles in good working condition. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with staffing coverage and scheduling of the department. Communicate with drivers throughout the day. Conduct regular inspections of all vehicles to ensure safety and cleanliness. Maintain all community vehicles in good working condition. Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories. Assist Director with vehicle registration and license plates renewal process. Manage scheduling and execution of all transportation services for residents. Create and make necessary adjustments to security and transportation schedules. Maintain a written log for security activities. Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or Equivalent. Florida Security Officer License. One-year job related experience preferred. Language Ability: Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of the residents. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required.
