and can commute daily to the client’s office. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.33 to $53.33 an hour. Base pay range provided by Aquent is
$51.00/hr - $53.00/hr . Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring the successful completion of deliverables in alignment with the overall recruitment program strategy, while proactively managing risks, budgets, effort estimates, and schedules. Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners (Sponsors) and internal functional team members for assigned recruitment projects. Play a key role in bid defense preparations, including leading presentations in partnership with the business development team. Drive cross-functional activities to achieve the objectives of multiple recruitment programs, adhering to defined scope, budget, and schedule. Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency. Develop robust risk mitigation plans, including appropriate communication and escalation strategies, to address potential challenges effectively. Collaborate closely with other core team leaders to foster a cohesive and efficient project environment. Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance existing business processes and operational efficiency. Ensure strict compliance with all internal and external privacy and legal regulations. Manage recruitment project finances in accordance with customer contracts and budgets, working in close collaboration with senior management and finance teams. Identify changes in project scope and expertly manage the change control process as necessary. Apply advanced planning and scheduling techniques, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), and Critical Path Method (CPM). Perform schedule variance analysis and facilitate comprehensive plan development. Present clear and concise project status updates to the project team. Develop and document project management processes and procedures. Provide resource (budget) requirement planning and identify issues, recommending alternate solutions. Define project scope and requirements, ensuring the quality and timeliness of project results. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree. 5+ years of project management experience. Extensive experience developing comprehensive project plans, including charter, scope, project management approach, management plans, financial forecasts, and schedules. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing project budgets of at least $500K. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, particularly for extremely complex challenges. Demonstrated ability to understand and translate diverse business requirements into actionable project plans. PMP certification ( Nice-to-Have ). Experience with multiple project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). At least 4 years of dedicated patient recruitment and retention experience within a biopharmaceutical company, Contract Research Organization (CRO), patient recruitment vendor, or similar organization. Direct experience in local and/or in-person patient recruitment within community settings. Employer and Compliance
