Lead strategic program execution and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant outcomes Oversee a team of program management resources and support their talent and career development Align with business and IT leaders to translate divisional strategies into actionable roadmaps Conduct analysis on program levers, dependencies, and tradeoffs to inform strategic decisions Develop and present senior-level presentations to various leadership teams What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting or enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management Experience leading large cross-functional projects and managing program management metrics Strong understanding of program management principles and Agile methodologies How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of people leadership experience, with at least 1 year leading people leaders Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred Experience with Software Transformation programs and Guidewire Strong financial analysis skills and experience in developing/managing business cases Proficient in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint #Insurance #ProgramManagement #Leadership #RemoteWork #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
