Responsibilities
Lead strategic program execution and manage cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives Oversee the portfolio of enterprise and divisional initiatives, ensuring effective resource management and employee engagement Develop and present senior-level presentations to key stakeholders and leadership teams Establish and maintain trusted relationships with program/project partners to ensure successful collaboration Guide and mentor program management resources, fostering their professional growth and development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management Strong understanding of program management principles and experience leading cross-functional projects Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial statements, business case development, and program management metrics
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with at least 1 year managing people leaders Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred Prior software transformation program experience, particularly with Guidewire Strong financial analysis skills and experience in developing/managing business cases Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint tools
