Sales Representative – Bring Your Legal Sales Expertise to a Firm That Changes Lives. The Law Offices of E.F. Robinson, a premier family law firm, is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative who understands the legal client journey and knows how to move them forward. We are a mission-driven practice that guides people through pivotal life changes. If you’ve successfully sold legal services, financial services, or high-trust professional offerings, join our Intake & Sales Team. This role offers meaningful work—helping families take the first empowered step toward stability, protection, and peace of mind. What You’ll Do
Convert Legal Leads with Confidence. Engage with Potential New Clients (PNCs), listen deeply, uncover their legal needs, and guide them toward becoming firm clients. Deliver Empathy & Insight. Spend up to an hour with each prospect to help them envision a better future with the legal protection they need. Own the Sales Cycle. Follow up within 24 hours, maintain pipeline activity in our CRM, and exceed conversion targets through trust and follow-through. Facilitate a Smooth Handoff. Work with attorneys and legal staff to ensure new clients feel supported throughout their journey. What You Bring
2+ Years of Legal or Professional Services Sales Experience. Consultative Approach: active listening, pain-point discovery, and guiding prospects through emotional and complex decisions with clarity. Tech & Process Fluency: familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot a plus), Microsoft Office, and structured lead management. Drive to Succeed, Heart to Serve: closing skills with compassion in family law contexts. Bilingual Bonus: Spanish or Creole speakers are encouraged to apply (not required). The Details
Pay: $40,000–$45,000 base + bonuses (6-figure OTE expected). Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday), with rotating Saturdays or early evenings as needed. Location: In-office | Tamarac, FL Responsibilities
Connect with Potential Clients – Be the first point of contact and guide them with compassion and confidence. Qualify & Convert Leads – Listen, assess needs, and communicate the value of our legal services to help them take the next step. Scheduled Consultations – Appointments are scheduled by our intake team to support clients through the intake process. Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Drive revenue growth by achieving conversion targets and delivering exceptional client service. Stay Organized & Efficient – Use CRM software to manage interactions, track lead conversions, and complete administrative tasks timely. Collaborate with Marketing – Bring your experience to drive qualified leads to the office. Collaborate with Legal Team – Maintain strong internal communication for seamless client handoffs from intake to attorneys. Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience in a client-facing role (legal, financial services, or high-touch customer service preferred). Excellent communication & active listening – ability to connect with people, build trust, and overcome objections. Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot a plus). Bilingual Preferred – Spanish or Creole helpful but not required. Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up efficiently. Compassionate & Client-Focused – Recognize that family law matters are deeply personal and balance sales expertise with genuine care. Experience in a law firm, insurance, or medical services sales is a plus. Compensation
