Exciting Opportunity: Front Desk Supervisor
Join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor at our hotel. This role involves assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the Front Desk staff to ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests, meeting their needs during their stay, and delivering high levels of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
Assist in the operations of the Front Desk by supervising all Guest Service associates. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to guest requests in a friendly, service-oriented manner, resolving complaints, and greeting in-house guests. Fill in at the Front Desk during busy periods or when staffing needs dictate. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Additional Tasks
Convey information and ideas clearly. Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. Handle problems in the workplace effectively, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues. Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by co-workers and guests. Working Conditions
Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as activity levels demand. Qualifications
Prior hotel front desk experience required. Marriott experience preferred.
