Working under minimal supervision of the Sr Director of Facilities, coordinate project-based initiatives undertaken by the Facilities team. Be familiar with facility and lease details at all Connection locations to call for service, repairs, or support from property management. Coordinate the efforts of other team members assigned to support a particular initiative. Maintain the Corporate seating plans with the support of department administration/delegates, including notations for ergonomic adjunct assignments. Provide high-level compliance reporting and department administrative support to the Sr Director of Facilities, with attention to documenting facilities projects, building standards, and building history. Participate in facilities service agreement and contract discussions and hold providers accountable for performance to ensure compliance. Assess opportunities to secure alternative utility providers to improve services and control costs. Support energy saving, environmental and sustainability goals and schedule vendors and suppliers with similar goals/missions. Oversee contracted security service provider and act as a back-up for after-hours facilities or emergencies to provide direction to vendors. Co-manage corporate access control and video surveillance systems with the contracted security provider. Serve as the Facilities department liaison with IT for software and hardware support and training. Job Duties

Manage and coordinate facilities projects, directing the efforts of the team to support initiatives. Maintain the Corporate seating plans and ergonomic designations. Provide high-level administrative support to the Facilities Department. Develop annual Facilities operating budgets with the Sr Director Facilities and track costs, addressing variances and adjusting spending as needed. Consult with management on modifying business processes to enhance service delivery. Foster positive working relationships within the team. Collaborate with the security service provider on security systems to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment. Provide backup support for CAD-related development and retrieval; HVAC system management. Qualifications

Keen eye for detail with ability to provide high-level administrative support. Team-oriented with ability to persuade and influence behavior to achieve results. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced technology skills and ability to learn CNXN software and operating systems. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop or other space planning/design tools. Positive attitude and respectful communication. Reliable and trustworthy with ability to advise on policies, strategies, and direction. Excellent customer service skills with ability to coach peers and deliver superior service in diverse environments. Familiar with OSHA, DOL, ASHRAE standards to maintain a safe workplace. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Salary range:

USD $58,000.00/yr

to
