We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to lead Contract Renewals. As a key member of our Expansion Sales team, you will manage the renewal process for our SaaS contracts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of SaaS business models, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Responsibilities

Renewal Management:

Own and execute the end-to-end SaaS contract renewal process, ensuring timely and successful renewals. Engage proactively with customers before contract expiration to understand their needs and address concerns. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to gather information for renewal negotiations.

Negotiation and Upsell:

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and renewal conditions to maximize revenue. Identify upsell opportunities and work with Sales to drive additional revenue during renewals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations. Act as a trusted advisor, aligning our solutions with their business goals.

Forecasting and Reporting:

Maintain accurate forecasts of renewal revenue and provide updates to leadership. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the renewal portfolio.

Customer Advocacy:

Ensure a positive renewal experience to promote customer satisfaction and retention. Work with Marketing to showcase customer success stories and testimonials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in SaaS contract management, renewal, or customer success roles. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate across teams. Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
