Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art. Drive custom framing sales. Assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution for their art.
Major Activities
Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results
Develop and coach the team selling behaviors
Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager
Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet their role KPIs
Review sales and production workload, and plan sales floor time for networking
Manage inventory processes as assigned
Manage shrink and safety programs
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, training of new team members; support Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Management activities; utilize leadership competencies for self-development
Partner with MODs on framing expectations
Interact respectfully with others; promote a positive image; serve as a role model
Participate in truck unload and stocking processes, ensure SOPs are followed, and complete within budget
Follow SOPs and ensure a safe environment
Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions
Assist with Omni-channel processes
Other Duties As Assigned Minimum Experience Requirements
Basic computer skills
Preferred Experience
Previous custom framing experience
Retail management experience
Leading a sales team
Physical Requirements
Bending, lifting, reaching, stretching
Mobility throughout the store
Standing for long periods
Lifting heavy items and using ladders

Work Environment
Public retail setting, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and a frame shop with glass cutter and heat press
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
