Target Pay range per hour is $20.75 - $35.25. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets and may include education, work experience, and certifications. Responsibilities

Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent. Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience; model, train and coach expectations to deliver the service standard. Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals, support sales growth, and contribute to total store profitability in support of your leader. Utilize workload planning tools to ensure your team completes all scheduled workload and all orders are fulfilled to meet delivery and service standards. Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve. Create daily plans for your team with direction from your leader. Be an expert of operations, accuracy, process, and efficiency. Enable efficient delivery to guests by leading pickup and ship-from-store workload. Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team; support onboarding with your leader. Establish clear goals around quality, accuracy, and timeliness; hold team members accountable and close training gaps through coaching. Work a flexible schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (early morning, evening, weekends, holidays). Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked; partner with your leader for ordering. As applicable, follow all safe and secure training and processes as a key carrier. Demonstrate inclusivity and value diverse voices to create equitable experiences. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; lead the team to do the same. Lead and demonstrate a safety culture; model safe behaviors, identify hazards, and assist with incident response and investigations. Model execution of physical security processes to enhance in-store security culture. Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store; including ordering, storage and application as directed by best practices. Lead onboarding and learning, close skill gaps through development and coaching. Address all store emergency and compliance needs. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive Up (DU) while complying with laws (e.g., adult beverage laws). Model creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you and your team complete tasks. Engage with guests to assist and solve their needs in a welcoming manner. Thank guests for choosing to shop at Target. All other duties based on business needs.

High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age or older Previous retail experience preferred, but not required Ability to lead and hold others accountable Willingness to learn and adapt to technology needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members Effective communication skills

Other Expectations

Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues Interpret instructions, reports and information Accurately handle cash register operations as needed Ability to climb ladders Safely scan, handle and move merchandise, lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance; team lift up to 45-100 pounds Operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
