The fulfillment team picks, preps, packs, sorts, and ships products safely and efficiently to deliver convenience and quality for our guests. As a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader, you will develop skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, workload planning, process improvements, and leadership of hourly team members. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience; model, train, and coach to meet service standards. Lead your team to achieve fulfillment goals and support sales growth and total store profitability. Plan and manage daily/weekly workload to meet delivery and service standards. Review fulfillment reporting, identify gaps, and develop corrective plans. Create daily team plans with guidance from leadership. Be an expert in operations, accuracy, process, and efficiency. Coordinate pickup and ship-from-store workloads to enable efficient delivery to guests. Evaluate candidates for open positions and support onboarding; develop a guest-centric team. Set clear goals around quality, accuracy, and timeliness; address training gaps through coaching. Maintain a flexible work schedule aligned with guest and business needs (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays). Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked; partner with leadership on ordering. Follow safety and security training and processes; support merchandise protection strategies as directed. Foster inclusivity and ethical conduct; uphold safety and compliance and lead by example. Model and promote safety culture, identify hazards, and assist with incident response and investigations. Support emergency and compliance needs; assist with guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up with compliance with laws. Engage with guests, provide assistance, and create a welcoming experience; thank guests for shopping with Target. All other duties as required by business needs. Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age or older Previous retail experience preferred but not required Ability to lead and hold others accountable Willingness to learn and adapt to technology Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong workload management and prioritization Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates Effective communication skills Physical and Other Requirements

Access all areas of the building to respond to issues Accurately handle cash operations as needed Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds unaided and 45-100 pounds with assistance Ability to operate handheld scanners and related technology Benefits Eligibility
