Attractions Manager - Apex Entertainment Location: Marlborough, MA Employment Type: Full-Time Are you ready to take charge of excitement and become the master of adventure? Apex Entertainment is looking for an Attractions Manager with an unyielding passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. Join our high-energy team and embark on a thrilling journey where fun knows no bounds! Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Responsibilities

Lead and coach Attractions Supervisors and Team Members to deliver world-class guest service. Set clear goals and provide day-to-day operational guidance to ensure a seamless experience. Oversee and enforce routine maintenance of all attractions and work with the Maintenance Team to resolve issues quickly. Ensure smooth daily operations across all attractions, with occasional support to Food & Beverage and Events teams. Manage staff scheduling, adapting to peak periods, holidays, and special events. Conduct daily inspections to uphold all safety standards and operational protocols. Partner with HR to maintain employee records, manage performance, and handle disciplinary action when necessary. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations. Foster a positive and professional work environment; delegate tasks and empower team members to take ownership. Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant GM, assisting with operations as needed. Recruit team members who are fun-loving, guest-focused, and team-oriented; help build a culture aligned with Apex values. Stay informed on industry trends and pursue ongoing opportunities for personal and team development. Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in attractions, FEC, food & beverage, or hospitality Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Detail-oriented, highly organized, and guest-focused Professional, positive, and energetic demeanor Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Reliable transportation Flexible schedule, including available nights, weekends, and holidays Perks & Benefits
