Responsibilities

Serve as a vital bridge between clients and various functional areas, ensuring an optimized experience

Proactively anticipate customer needs, eliminate roadblocks, and drive product adoption

Document critical customer meetings and feedback, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks

Manage customer renewals and foster advocacy through case studies and community participation

Communicate key updates and engage customers in training to enhance their journey

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills

Proven ability to handle difficult customer conversations and negotiate renewals confidently

Strong computer literacy, including expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with payroll and HCM software

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer‑facing roles with a focus on relationship management at the leadership level

Understanding of people management strategies and how to develop leaders in their function

Experience collaborating across corporate functions such as Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product
