Responsibilities
Manage strategic partnerships with clients, serving as the main liaison to ensure satisfaction and success Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing customer performance through data analysis Foster collaboration among clients, facilitating the exchange of success stories and encouraging cooperation Act as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting solution adoption and alignment with operational goals Develop and deliver narratives on product utilization to demonstrate ROI and identify further adoption opportunities
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably within health systems, hospitals, or acute care settings Must have exposure to healthcare organizations Strong written and verbal communication abilities Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills Strong relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
