Supervisor, Operations Recruitment

Base pay range:
$139,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Performing quantitative takeoffs on construction projects. Establish labor productivities for estimate. Maintain positive relationships with area vendors for competitive material and equipment pricing. Responsible for the buyout of subcontractors. Accountable for results to meet business objectives for revenue and margin. Build solid customer relations with all customers. Assign bids and coordinates bid calendar. Oversight of the estimating department. Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently. Create strong morale and spirit in the team and define success in terms of the whole team. Salary
range: $139,000-$175,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program Note
This role is safety-sensitive. Basic Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ experience with PCI or a similar company. Experience with commercial interior construction; metal stud, drywall, acoustical ceiling scopes. Current position at Senior Estimator or higher. Working knowledge of PCI applications including Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff. Ability to work with numerous contractors and sub-contractors in an efficient manner. Strong ability to read, understand and interpret specifications and drawings for PCI’s scopes of work. High level of attention to detail and cost analysis. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught. Ability to train, motivate and inspire those around him/her.
