We’re seeking a Senior Conveyance Project Manager to support delivering world-class water and wastewater conveyance projects for our agricultural and municipal clients. As a Senior Conveyance Project Manager, you’ll lead a team of engineers through the design process, interact directly with clients to develop and deliver technical conveyance solutions, and mentor mid-level engineers. You’ll grow your career as a seller-doer empowered to develop and manage projects in a trusting and supported environment. You’ll join a team of experts in conveyance, pumping plant design, fish screen intakes, water, and wastewater treatment technologies and will have the opportunity to grow professionally through participation on project teams delivering challenging projects while serving and developing clients. Responsibilities
Lead business development activities with key clients resulting in acquisition of new projects. Lead and manage project teams throughout all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and contract requirements are met. Apply conveyance technical expertise to lead and mentor staff and form long-term relationships with clients, pursuing new work including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. You’ll help others discover what drives them, nurture their purpose, and guide them forward. You’re not just a leader – you’re an achiever. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline Demonstrated track record of delivering multiple conveyance projects related to water or wastewater Proven ability to manage and motivate a multi-disciplinary team Licensed Utah Professional Engineer (or other state P.E. with commitment to obtain OR P.E. within 1 year) Preferred
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Experience serving clients across conveyance pipeline design, project management, water/wastewater pump station design Desire for personal and team growth Ability to serve as technical liaison between project owner and design team Business development, interpersonal, and networking skills with Jacobs resources to gain market share Experience supporting business development with local municipalities Ability to work collaboratively and independently Benefits and company information

Within the range, pay is determined by work location and factors including skills, experience, and education or training.
