involves checking and verifying the accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting tires for customer orders. The LL provides additional leadership in TireHub Logistics Centers (TLC). The LL is expected to maintain safe driving practices, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster strong customer relationships while representing TireHub professionally. The LL will also operate TireHub vehicles to distribute tires as needed. Starting wage and schedule:

Starting wage of $21.50, with applicable wage progression after 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year tenure with TireHub. Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day shift hours. Benefits

This position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader. Core commitments

The individual must exhibit the following TireHub core commitments: Approachable Adventurous Relentless Speedy Role Specifics Distribution of tasks including general warehousing, delivery service, and vehicle maintenance Adjustments to these allocations as business needs evolve Routing and delegating in a dispatch-like format to Logistics Specialists Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles Completes tasks related to customer service & warehouse duties Verifies accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting of tires for customer orders and ensures they are in the assigned staging areas according to bin locator system while following safety standards Operates order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, delivery vehicles and other equipment, ensuring safety guidelines are met Participates in cycle counting, tallying, and marking on inventory documents, including annual physical inventories Oversees unloading, loading, palletizing, and stacking of tires with safety in mind Communicates a detailed daily summary to Leadership (employee, safety, and operational overview) Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition Conducts pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and reports issues promptly Reports vehicle maintenance logs regularly Ensures compliance with TireHub policies, procedures, and FMCSA Participates in ongoing training (in-class, in-person, or computer-based) Completes other tasks assigned by Leader or other leadership Competencies

At least 1 year of general work experience Minimum 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license Must be 19 years old Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to read, write, and comprehend Experience with general warehousing and proper placement of products Physical: capable of frequent bending, pulling, rolling, twisting, and lifting Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer-based programs (including use of an iPad) Accurately load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles Work up to 35 feet above ground level while tethered Safely drive TireHub vehicles to deliver tires Work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with Roadnet, GPS, and navigation systems Maintain TireHub forklift certification and valid driver’s license Working Conditions

Lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 lbs or more Stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb, and balance regularly Spend extended periods on computer and repetitive keyboarding May handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception Work in non-climate-controlled warehouses and at customer locations Extended day/evening/weekend work may be required Night driving or driving in inclement weather may be required Weight/height limitations may apply for equipment safety; accommodations available under ADA TireHub will consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in accordance with state and local laws.
