The Logistics Lead (LL) checks and verifies the accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting tires for customer orders and provides leadership in TireHub Logistics Centers (TLC). The LL maintains safe driving practices, delivers exceptional customer service, fosters strong customer relationships, and represents TireHub professionally. The LL may operate TireHub vehicles to distribute tires as needed. Compensation and Schedule

Starting wage is $19.65 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over the first year. This position is Monday through Saturday with fluctuating day shift hours. Benefits

Distribute tasks across general warehousing, delivery service, and vehicle maintenance; adjustments may evolve with business needs. Route and delegate in a dispatch-like format to Logistics Specialists. Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires for transport vehicles. Complete tasks related to customer service and warehouse duties. Check and verify accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting tires in staging areas according to bin locator system while following safety standards. Operate order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, delivery vehicles and other equipment; follow safety guidelines. Participate in cycle counts, inventory control, and annual physical inventories. Oversee loading, unloading, palletizing, and stacking of tires with safety compliance. Communicate a detailed daily summary to Leadership on employee, safety, and operations aspects. Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions. Maintain clean vehicles and good mechanical condition; perform pre/post-trip inspections and report issues. Maintain driver and vehicle maintenance logs; ensure compliance with TireHub policies and FMCSA. Participate in ongoing training via in-class, in-person, or computer-based modules. Complete other tasks as assigned by Leaders or other members of leadership. Competencies

At least 1 year of general work experience. Minimum 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license (does not include learner’s permit). Must be 19 years or older. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills with reading, writing, and comprehension abilities. General warehousing experience, including proper placement of received and shipped products. Ability to bend, pull, roll, twist, and lift frequently. Multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer-based programs, including an iPad. Ability to load/unload and place tires in warehouses and delivery vehicles. Work up to 35 feet above ground level while tethered. Follow traffic rules and drive TireHub vehicles to customer locations. Work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Roadnet, GPS, and navigation systems. Maintain TireHub forklift certification and valid driver’s license. Working Conditions

Lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 lbs or more with or without assistance, with standard safety procedures; various physical requirements include standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and balance. Extended computer use and repetitive keyboarding. Possible handling of hazardous materials with protective equipment. Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work in non-climate-controlled warehouses or at customer locations. Extended day/evening/weekend work may be required with little to no notice. Night driving or inclement weather may be required.
