Property Operations Support Specialist - 26767
We are seeking candidates for a Property Operations Support Specialist position with a highly successful telecommunications company located in Woburn, MA. This role provides administrative and operational support to the Property Management team, serving as the primary contact for landlords and collaborating with internal departments to address inquiries and resolve issues.
The responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities such as handling high volumes of inbound calls, triaging emails, and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests by coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of customer service and administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 6-month contract position paying $21/hr (depending on experience), with a 40-hour workweek. The role requires onsite presence in Woburn 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls, assess inquiries, resolve or route to appropriate teams.
Log and distribute mail and email correspondence into Salesforce within one business day.
Maintain records of leases, amendments, renewal notices, landlord letters, vendor updates, and key documents.
Assist with ad hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1+ years in a call center or customer-facing role.
Strong administrative skills, ideally in a fast-paced office setting.
Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and Oracle preferred.
Excellent communication skills, active listening, professional demeanor.
Customer-oriented, adaptable to diverse personalities.
Highly organized with good time management, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Self-starter, able to work independently and in teams.
