The successful candidate will serve as a leader and subject matter expert on large, complex, or multiple healthcare projects. This role involves engaging team members, leading clients, mentoring staff, and improving work quality. Here's What You'll Do
Advance industry standards and develop innovative solutions as research needs evolve. Lead internal Subject Matter Expert Teams. Publish or present at least once per year. Participate in marketing pursuits totaling $1M-$2M annually in net signed fees. Collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise in programming and planning. Lead user group meetings to gather and refine program needs and assess space utilization. Communicate planning concepts to teams and clients via reports and graphics, working with architects to optimize plans. Translate planning ideas into understandable terms for clients and team members. Develop, modify, and review planning concepts and solutions. Create architectural drawings and specifications for project documentation. Define project scope, plans, and services during contracts. Incorporate sustainable design solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Guide and advise other designers and project leaders. Perform other duties as assigned. Here's What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 12 years of related experience. Experience as a subject matter expert on large or complex healthcare projects. US licensure or registration preferred. LEED accreditation preferred. Knowledge of building codes and requirements. Advanced discipline knowledge. Strong business acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles. Ability to lead less experienced team members. Strong technical skills, coordination, and rapport-building abilities. Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam. For more on benefits, visit
