Responsibilities
Lead strategic program execution while managing cross-functional teams and transformation program governance
Oversee a team responsible for enterprise and divisional initiatives, focusing on talent development and resource management
Align with business and IT leaders to translate divisional strategies into actionable roadmaps
Provide central oversight for the Next Generation Transformation program, managing program timelines and execution models
Develop senior-level presentations and communicate program updates to leadership
Qualifications (What is Required)
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
Expertise in managing large cross-functional projects and programs with a focus on budgeting and scheduling
Strong understanding of program management principles and Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading other leaders
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
Experience with Software Transformation programs, particularly Guidewire
Strong financial analysis skills with a focus on business case development
Proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint tools
