This role leads the Terminal Product Line within Midstream IT, driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital capabilities for Terminals across Logistics & Storage (L&S), NG&NGL, and Refining. You will shape and execute a multi-year product strategy that improves safety and reliability, accelerates flow of value, and enables measurable business outcomes. This position requires deep understanding of terminal business processes and technology capabilities spanning both IT and OT. You will partner with system and solution architects to solve complex technical problems, align solutions to business outcomes, and guide cross-functional delivery across multiple product teams and enabling teams. Actual position title and pay grade will be based on experience and qualifications. Location: Findlay, Ohio. Additional locations include Denver, Colorado and San Antonio, Texas. The hired candidate will be eligible for a discretionary company-sponsored annual bonus program and a total rewards program, including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, 401k matching, parental leave, and educational reimbursement.
