The Lead Product Manager will lead the Terminal Product Line within Midstream IT, driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital capabilities for Terminals across Logistics & Storage (L&S), NG&NGL, and Refining. You will shape and execute a multi‑year product strategy that improves safety and reliability, accelerates value delivery, and enables measurable business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of terminal business processes and technology capabilities spanning both IT and OT. You will partner closely with system and solution architects to solve complex problems, align solutions to business outcomes, and guide cross‑functional delivery across multiple product teams and enabling teams. Actual position title and pay grade will be based on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
Develops customer and internal facing product development strategies with superior user experience across multiple verticals, including vision goals and customer needs; accountable for complex/critical product lines or portfolios. Leads the development of product roadmaps, prioritizes feature releases, and aligns them with business objectives. Drives cross‑functional collaboration to gather insights, prioritize initiatives, and plan releases. Collaborates with portfolio teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to proactively address challenges and ensure successful execution of the product strategy. Engages senior cross‑functional leaders to address issues, fostering communication and alignment between business and operations teams, UX design, product, engineering, analytics, and customer support. Organizes stakeholder priorities and aligns needs with resources to maintain cadence of customer value, business value, and strategic fit. Provides value‑driven priority and strategic decision‑making. Prioritizes the product backlog, processes, and release plans for multiple features; coordinates interdependencies with scrum teams and lines of business. Ensures cross‑team alignment on goals and objectives; analyzes product capability themes to support direction. Delivers product innovation, definition, roadmaps, and design of new products to meet team and company goals. Interprets跨‑departmental knowledge and centers the customer in all product changes; collaborates with business units and enabling teams as needed. Cross‑functional collaboration with downstream units including Commercial, Accounting, BD, Tax, HES&S, and Product Quality. Leads delivery of solutions across large value chains; works with system/solution architects to solve complex problems and align to business outcomes. Manages a product line backlog of Epics & Features requiring collaboration with enabling teams. Works with Agile coaches and Scrum Masters to manage issues, risks, and dependencies impeding delivery. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Product Owner or Product Management certification required; MBA or equivalent preferred. 7+ years of relevant product management experience. Skills
