We are seeking a dedicated Client / Customer Service Manager to oversee site visits, client retention, and branch support, including grand openings. The role involves ensuring compliance with standards, developing action plans to improve food waste and operational controls, increasing sales and profitability, and enhancing customer experience. The position also includes performing route driver duties as needed. Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits and maintain client relationships Assist with branch grand openings Ensure compliance with local and national standards, review reporting Develop and implement action plans to improve operational metrics Create account sales plans, track performance, and increase profitability Enhance customer retention and client experience at the point of sale Build retail pricing strategies, introduce new products, and encourage repeat sales Ensure merchandising standards are met Assess performance through audits and evaluations Perform route driver duties, including delivery and equipment maintenance Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience acceptable 3+ years driving experience Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license and clean driving record Experience in customer service, route management, retail, or merchandising Ability to operate material handling equipment Food & beverage experience Excellent communication skills Ability to travel to client sites Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Benefits & Additional Information
Competitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year plus annual bonus opportunity.
