The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions when appropriate. Exercising sound discretion and judgment is imperative as there will be direct contact with clients, many of whom are under tremendous stress and may feel overwhelmed. Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $27.00/hr Employment details
Temporary position for 3–6 months with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment. Job duties
Successful candidates will be skilled communicators and able to empathize with clients while gathering necessary information by phone and email. Case assistants must be detail oriented and organized, professional, reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines. Ability to track work effectively, audit, and prioritize work properly. Management of electronic information, document management, and document review. Qualifications
Experience in case management software programs, preferably FileVine. Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint. A successful candidate will be detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
