The Job:

Coordinated with vendors and freight forwarders

Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for safe handling, transport and delivery schedule

Monitored inventory levels, ensuring no stock-out situations for fast-moving products

Ensure accuracy on bill of lading for custom declaration

Assist with sourcing activities when requested by the regional offices

Prepared comprehensive inventory reports, including stock level, stock turns, and stock obsolescence

Quote analysis and negotiate for the best rates from freight forwarders for inbound shipments

Cost analysis for inbound shipments

The Requirements:

Min Diploma / Degree holder with min 3-5 years of relevant working experience

Proficient in MS Office

Good communication and interpersonal skills
