We are seeking an experienced Federal grants management professional to support our Office of Head Start client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently managing multiple grants management projects for federal clients, supervising teams, and serving as a project lead and client liaison. You will have the opportunity to manage grant resources and task orders, contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and support federal grants processes. Responsibilities
Ensure quality and timely delivery of grant-related outputs Communicate professionally with stakeholders Manage grants review, funding, and post-award processes Review grant applications, facilitate reviews, and liaise with federal and contractor staff Prepare continuation awards, notices, and financial reports Monitor grantee performance, financials, and compliance Support audits, site visits, and technical assistance activities Provide guidance on regulations and policies to grantees Maintain grant documentation and data in systems Conduct program assessments and prepare reports Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in federal grants management or related fields Experience overseeing early childhood education or similar programs Knowledge of Head Start programs and grant systems Strong data analysis, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software Ability to work onsite at the Regional Office Work Environment:
Office setting.
Physical demands:
Sitting, walking, standing.
Hours:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40-60 hours/week, with some overtime and travel (10%). This position is open until filled. The job is active and accepting applications.
