Guardians of Honor is a small management consulting firm supporting the federal government since 1997 (www.gohnow.com). We are seeking an energetic team member experienced in Federal grants management to support our Office of Head Start client. The Information Specialist will lead grants management data analysis and reporting, act as the primary data/system contact between functional and technical teams, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include organizing tasks across the grants lifecycle, maintaining databases, and consolidating data for analysis. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Support pre- and post-award grants activities: correspondence, web content, surveys, review websites, SharePoint, emails, reports, help desk logs, application screening, reviewer recruitment, honoraria, funding slates, decision letters, G5/GrantSolutions administration, closeout, and more. Coordinate with team members to ensure quality and current information in work products. Participate in weekly meetings; contribute to progress and status reports. Create SOPs and QC procedures; update for efficiency and best practices. Develop and maintain databases and reports to improve processes. Support database administration and system maintenance. Maintain organized project files with all deliverables. Stay current with technology and process improvements. Lead data management activities, including validation and analysis, to support project goals. Test systems, document issues, and coordinate remediation. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master's or certifications preferred. At least 3 years of professional experience. Proficiency with data management software such as Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, Tableau. Experience in data aggregation, analysis, and presentation from multiple sources. Ability to work onsite at the Regional Office. Preferred: Education or experience in early childhood education, public administration, or related fields. Knowledge of Head Start Program and grant systems is a major plus. Additional Details

Work environment is typical office; physical demands include sitting, occasional walking/standing. Full-time exempt position, Monday-Friday, 40-60 hours/week, with some outside hours and 10% regional travel. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years industry experience required. Position Details
