Your Responsibilities
Efficient receiving & processing: accurately receive deliveries, verify packing slips against purchase orders, and promptly update inventory systems to ensure seamless product flow.
Order fulfillment: pick and stage parts and job orders with precision and timeliness to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.
Inventory accuracy: conduct routine cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date documentation to support accurate stock levels.
Returns management: process and record all returned equipment, ensuring proper inspection, documentation, and reintegration into inventory.
Quality control: unpack and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage, coordinating with purchasing on any discrepancies or return needs.
Shipping & logistics: prepare orders for outbound shipment, including skids, labeling, and documentation; arrange carriers, coordinate customer pick-ups, and provide clear updates to field operations.
System transactions: complete all inventory and shipping transactions within NetSuite to maintain accurate, real-time data.
Warehouse safety & organization: support the team in maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with all EH&S standards.
Your Qualifications
Familiarity with warehouse inventory counts/cycle counts
NetSuite experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of operating a pallet jack (standard and electric), scissor lift, and forklift (standing and sitting)
Strong time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Assist warehouse manager with inventory reporting
Self-motivated
Works well in a team environment
Ability to work some weekends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully.
Considers the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers; can effectively translate business needs to technology requirements.
