Direct message the job poster from ReCo Energy Solutions This position will be based out of Houston, TX but will be travelling to remote job sites the majority of the time, must be comfortable working nights. Responsibilities for the position: - Operate natural gas compression equipment at field locations throughout the U.S. - Perform tasks and duties for equipment placement, hook up, and start up - Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain compression equipment and hardware throughout project duration - Maintain project paperwork - Work 12 hour shifts – 6pm - 6am - Perform tasks and duties for equipment shut down, unhook, and removal from work site - Safety minded in all actions - General mechanic aptitude and ability - Understand compression equipment (engine, compressor, cooler, panel) and hardware (such as piping, valves, hoses, regulators, actuators) - Understand company policies and procedures and equipment limitations Qualifications preferred for this position: - Knowledge of natural gas industry, compression equipment and theory, mechanical aptitude - Knowledge of oil and gas operations and expectations - Excellent communication skills with other team members and customers - Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license - Operator Qualifications - ISNetworld, Veriforce - Able to lift heavy equipment in an outdoor environment - 3+ years experience with natural gas compression field operations Job Type: Full-time + Over time after 40 hours at 1.5x hourly rate Expected hours: 40 – 120 per week Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 12 hour shift Day shift Night shift Criminal record is not an automatic disqualification License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Night Shift (Required) Ability to Relocate: Houston, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: On the road Seniority level
