Non - IT Sales Executive (Medical / Pharma / Automotive)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and improve production lines, tooling, and automated equipment. This role is
75% on the production floor
and 25% in the office. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot production issues, optimize processes, design line layouts, and support new product implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement production line layouts, tooling, and machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve production line or equipment issues.
Develop work methods to improve operator efficiency and product quality.
Track production line performance and recommend improvements.
Coordinate vendors for tooling, equipment, and fixtures.
Perform cost analysis for new product implementations.
Assist Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and participate in committees as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in production line or tooling/machine design.
Strong
mechanical and electrical skills
(both required).
Experience with
PLC programming (Ladder Logic) .
OEM/manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Quick learner with a strong
sense of urgency .
Physical & Work Conditions:
Work in both office and factory environments with exposure to moving equipment and manufacturing hazards.
Lift/move objects up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs daily.
Majority of time (~75%) on the production floor.
Note:
Relocation is a last resort. Candidate must be hands‑on, independent, and comfortable working directly with manufacturing equipment.
