Key Responsibilities: Design and implement production line layouts, tooling, and machines. Troubleshoot and resolve production line and equipment issues. Develop work methods to improve operator efficiency. Track production line performance and recommend improvements. Coordinate vendors for tooling, equipment, and fixtures. Perform cost analysis for new product implementations. Assist Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and serve on committees as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent. 3–5 years of experience in production line or tooling/machine design. Strong
electrical & mechanical skills
(non-negotiable). Experience with
PLC programming (Ladder Logic) . OEM and automated equipment design experience preferred. Proficient in troubleshooting, SolidWorks preferred. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Quick learner with a strong
sense of urgency . Physical Requirements: Work on production floor with exposure to moving equipment and potential hazards. Lifting/moving objects up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs daily. Note:
Relocation is a last resort. Candidate must be hands‑on, independent, and comfortable working directly on manufacturing equipment. Seniority level
