Site Audio Engineer (Uptown)

Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church with locations in Ohio and Kentucky, and an online presence serving thousands of people. We believe in the story of Jesus' redemption and strive to model our staff and church community after the church in Revelation, where people of all nations, tribes, and tongues worship and work together. The Site Audio Engineer will oversee the execution of live technical elements, including setup and support for rehearsals, live, virtual, and hybrid events. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, communication, and leadership, working closely with Producers, Worship Leaders, and other teams to create environments that align with the Central Experience Team's creative and teaching objectives. Responsibilities include: Operating and programming necessary equipment for services or events Troubleshooting technical systems as needed Participation in production team meetings Ensuring smooth technical transitions throughout the service Working with the site experience team to adapt and execute changes Training technical volunteers Performing routine maintenance of AVL systems Planning and execution of special services and events Requirements include: High School Diploma, with a college degree or equivalent field experience preferred Minimum 3 years professional audio experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks Knowledge of the Google web platform and willingness to learn other software tools Crossroads Church is an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
