Electrical Designer
to join their Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity for an
energetic, detail-oriented designer

$85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Support the
Senior Electrical Engineer (PE)
in the design and documentation of electrical systems across multiple project types, including
K-12 schools, higher education, commercial, and office buildings . Produce and coordinate
lighting, power, fire alarm, and low-voltage system designs . Develop and maintain
design and drafting documents
using
Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, and AutoCAD . Assist with
job site investigations
and occasional
client communications
as directed. Contribute to a culture of
teamwork , mentoring junior CAD/BIM staff and ensuring design accuracy and compliance with applicable codes. Maintain organized project documentation and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications
Must-Have: 2-5+ years of experience in
electrical design/drafting
for building systems. Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Bluebeam , and
Microsoft Office Suite . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration and organizational abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Preferred: B.S. in Electrical Engineering
or related discipline. Experience in
education facilities (K-12 and higher-ed)
or
commercial building projects
preferred but not essential. Familiarity with
EnergyPro, Navisworks, AGI
or similar analysis tools. Working knowledge of
