NB Global Solutions, acting as the General Contractor, provides proprietary prefabricated steel-framed panelized, volumetric, and modular building systems to our clients, delivering a turnkey building solution. We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee existing and future projects, contributing to the company’s growth. Qualifications

Substantial and extensive experience: Planning, managing, and executing multiple projects of varying sizes and magnitudes. Knowledge and understanding: Responsibilities and impacts of project execution when interfacing with General Contractors, Construction Managers, or Clients. Detail-oriented project schedules: Inclusive of all in-scope engineering, installation, and integration schedule activities, as well as explicit and implicit out-of-scope milestones by others (e.g., owners and general contractors) impacting project execution. Third-party procurement: Development of RFPs/RFQs, bid review and assessment, and contract award in collaboration with purchasing resources. Resource coordination: Execution of activities by internal resources and owner/general contractor resources, recognizing early and proactively issues requiring corrective action and impacting timely execution. On-site coordination: Coordination of on-site activities involving multiple subcontractors competing for the same space and time windows. Architectural comprehension: Understanding and application of architectural plans and engineering drawings. Supervisory approaches: Demonstrated understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action. Management, planning, and communication: Experience in management, planning, and possess excellent communication skills. At least 5-10 years of successful experience in a related field Demonstrated knowledge of key responsibilities as outlined above Tasks

Interact with the initial project’s client regarding designated building structures and related construction services for the Project. Experience dealing with government and international clients (federal, state, municipal). Implement project objectives and draft construction programming schedules to meet deadlines. Manage and supervise workforce and subcontractors, including trades. Plan and execute all aspects of a project, including the bid process, pre-construction, project scope development, project plan and timeline development, supplier and subcontractor selection, in-field management, and project close-out. Think creatively to solve problems beyond a project’s specific scope of work. Oversee all facets of the project’s implementation, including tracking the Project’s forecasted and actual profitability, working with the factory, all relevant suppliers, vendors, trades, and local labor. Provide daily progress reports to senior project managers, including photographic and progress reports logs. Draft and manage project schedules and tracking charts (e.g., Gantt chart). Evaluate and provide supervision, management, and guidance to onsite Field Supervisor, trades, subcontractors, and visitors for required site safety requirements. Demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action. Provide strategic and operational advice and guidance as requested by the Company’s executives. Responsibilities

Execute general processes associated with change control, approvals, and information exchange involving several stakeholders, both internal and external, particularly with a large number of subcontractors. Successfully define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships of a project team to achieve optimum effectiveness. Support the development of departmental budgets and business plans for functional areas. Participate in evaluating and recommending changes in methods or procedures within your area of responsibility. Facilitate the execution of project/program solution plans for projects or programs. Support the Senior Management in tasks (including schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource allocation management) for projects. Provide an active support role in maintaining client relationships and sales opportunities. Report directly to the Senior Project Manager with all aspects of project reporting. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (or relative experience) At least 5-10 years of industry experience (site construction and/or prefabricated building industry experience) Knowledge in all facets of construction, including but not limited to civil, structural, foundation, utilities, finishes, etc. Experience in managing and executing projects of all sizes Must reside near an international airport and be able to travel (up to 50%) as required (domestic and international) Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Proficiency in CAD drawings and architectural and engineering plans Past experience, capability, and willingness to work remotely Willingness to work at remote client sites for extended periods of time as needed by the project’s commitments Ability to work within an entrepreneurial environment NB Global Solutions provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
