Lead end-to-end mechanical design of custom automation and robotic work cells, from concept to production Manage multiple design projects strategically, ensuring timely delivery and resolving complex engineering challenges Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and customers to optimize designs and ensure manufacturability Create detailed 3D SolidWorks models and drawings, including comprehensive bills of materials Drive continuous improvement in design quality and engineering processes Qualifications
Bachelor's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years of SolidWorks custom machine design (concept-to-completion) 2+ years in automation, welding processes, and customer interface An understanding of machine tool, material science, hydraulic and pneumatic concepts An understanding of machine design and power transmission Possess a solid work history US citizen or green card holder Residence within a 45-minute drive
