Project Engineer II
in our
Energy Storage & Solutions Group
to review, analyze, manage, and resolve field coordination issues with project team members and participants. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. Flexibility, inventiveness, dedication, efficiency, integrity, and confidentiality are vital for success. Travel
100% on rotation Locations include: MN, AZ, TX, CA, CO Travel opportunities across the US Responsibilities
Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft workers Implement pre-construction quality plans Obtain and maintain necessary permits Coordinate with Project Manager on permit expenses Develop and maintain project documentation such as Material Tracking List, Test and Inspection Logs, Concrete Placement Log, Non-Conformance Reports Create, oversee, and distribute contract documents Manage electronic document procedures, including RFI and correspondence handling Support project closeout processes Quality and Inspection
Lead testing and inspection processes for quality management Establish reporting formats, protocols, and schedules Communicate test results and inspection issues promptly Submittals and Change Orders
Set up and manage submittal registers Coordinate approvals with clients and architects Prepare and review submittals and transmittal forms Ensure timely material deliveries Manage subcontractor documentation and final payments Additional Responsibilities
Develop procedures for revisions and updates to as-built documents Mentor and evaluate field engineers Coordinate safety and compliance Maintain project schedules and follow through Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience At least three years of related construction experience Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Understanding of construction law and business practices Customer-focused attitude Valid driver’s license Benefits

Range: $91,100 - $123,000, with higher ranges for specific locations (Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Washington D.C.) based on experience and location. Additional Notes
