Project Engineer I
who can interact effectively with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, managing, and resolving field coordination issues with project team members. Responsibilities
Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons. Implement pre-construction quality plans. Obtain and maintain construction permits, manage fees and expenses. Develop and maintain project documentation such as Material Tracking Lists and Inspection Logs. Manage, create, and distribute contract documents and handle electronic document procedures. Coordinate project closeout, testing, and inspection processes. Manage submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, and as-built documentation updates. Mentor and evaluate field engineers. Coordinate safety, compliance, and schedule management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management. At least two years of related construction experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license. Benefits
