ROLE SUMMARY Our early-career Sustainability & Procurement Development Program fosters the next generation of leaders within the North American Sustainability & Procurement department. Throughout an 18 to 24-month rotational development program, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business areas. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and evaluate product and supplier information, analyze market trends and assess supply base Identify savings and cash flow improvement opportunities Explore and implement creative solutions to deliver on our Sustainability Goals Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, perform business case analysis, negotiate and contract sourcing solutions Problem solve using data & analytics to make critical business decisions Present to leadership on a routine basis JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Recent graduate with degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Strategy, Engineering or with experience/emphasis in Procurement, Sustainability, Business Strategy, Operations and/or Sales Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Collaborative mindset & effective communicator Problem solving Capable of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable navigating in ambiguous situations Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel and PowerPoint WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
