ROLE SUMMARY Our early-career Sustainability & Procurement Development Program fosters the next generation of leaders within the North American Sustainability & Procurement department. Throughout an 18 to 24-month rotational development program, you will be exposed to various business areas such as Sales & Marketing, Packaging, Raw Materials, Technology, Finance, Operations, and Logistics. Successful candidates are bold, curious, and resilient individuals who can use data and analytics for problem-solving and storytelling. In this role, you will identify and implement cost, cash flow, and supply security improvement opportunities through category strategy, business cases, and supplier negotiations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and evaluate product and supplier information, analyze market trends, and assess the supply base. Identify savings and cash flow improvement opportunities. Explore and implement creative solutions to meet our Sustainability Goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, perform business case analysis, negotiate, and contract sourcing solutions. Use data & analytics to make critical business decisions. Present to leadership on a routine basis. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Recently graduated with a degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, or related experience in Procurement, Sustainability, Business Strategy, Operations, or Sales. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Collaborative mindset & effective communicator. Problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and navigate ambiguous situations. Effective in a fast-paced team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
