Training pay $16-$18 hourly

Building Relationships:
Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Deliver excellent service to create “Customers for Life.”
Managing Your Service Route:
Responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management to complete tasks.
Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.
Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
Safety First:
Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving the company vehicle.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
No Experience Required!
Must be 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
