Responsibilities
Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty by delivering excellent service.
Managing Your Service Route:
Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper functioning.
Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
Work closely with internal teams (customer service, sales, fellow service professionals) to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company equipment or driving the company vehicle to protect yourself and others.

Your Responsibilities
Building Relationships:

Take ownership of daily operations of your Universal Service Route and manage tasks effectively.
Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper functioning.
Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
Provide consistent communication with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Apply pest control products following label standards and safety guidelines.
Safety First:
Maintain safety when operating equipment and driving company vehicles.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
No Experience Required!
Must be 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
