We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V‑280 Future Long‑Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, Bell’s Autonomous Pod Transport (APT), and Bell's High‑Speed Vertical Take‑Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next‑generation stop‑fold tilt‑rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth with possible alternate work arrangements.
Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, cost management, configuration management, and customer‑facing engagements for FLRAA build.
Coordinate with Build Team, Engineering IPTs, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contracts.
Develop and collect programmatic metrics and supporting data to progress build (Earned Value).
Provide producibility direction to program leadership, operations, engineering, supply chain, and innovation teams toward achieving programmatic cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
Work across boundaries and leverage network to achieve concurrence and direction while solving complex issues.
Evaluate manufacturing discrepancies and anomalies using engineering design and analysis knowledge.
Serve as key contributor to program‑level decision making and objectives, with expertise in Bell management systems and schedule/cost reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Aviation Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the aerospace industry; experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and team‑player mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers.
Working knowledge of aircraft production methodologies, demand management, inventory and warehousing, and data management.
Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, SAP, ENOVIA, PPM.
Knowledge of aircraft systems, assembly and integration, industry technologies, Program or Project Management, Contracts Management, and Military Programs is preferred.
Ability to use information subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and meet eligibility requirements for export‑restricted information.
