The Role As a Product Manager on the Veeva Digital Events team, you will own the design and execution for major components of our Digital Events tech stack. Veeva Digital Events has multiple products to support HCPs, logistics team members, pharmaceutical sales reps, and integration into CRM. You are excited about business-process innovation to deliver customer success. You are comfortable working with a cross-functional team with engineers, testers, product, and operations team members. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about product design and thinking strategically about process improvement and architecture for scalability, reliability, privacy, and quality in service delivery. What You'll Do Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, functional & non-functional requirements, feature specifications, and quality control checks Manage the prioritization and focus on enhancements Author high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and downstream systems/customer requirements Support release and sprint planning to ensure product enhancements support the needs of the customers at the right time and in the right sequence Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with quality Be accountable for the success of the product Acquire deep subject matter expertise in promotional and non-promotional event programming in life sciences Requirements 2+ years of hands-on product management experience/technical services/engineering/data analytics or other related positions in the software space 4+ years of hands-on technical experience in engineering, solution architecture, business analytics, or other related positions in the software space Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including the definition of requirements, engineering, QA, and deployment Previous experience working with ETL/ELT processes Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English BA/MA/BSc/MSc in relevant fields Nice to Have Experience in the Life Sciences industry, SaaS, and/or enterprise products Understanding of Life Sciences Speaker Bureau Experience with Veeva or Vault CRM Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance Flexible PTO and company paid holidays Retirement programs 1% charitable giving program Compensation Base pay: $75,000 - $165,000 The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
