Leverage your best sales techniques, uncover leads and spark innovation in areas like cybersecurity, fiber, wireless, cloud, IOT and more. With each deal closed, you’ll support our vision to lead the industry in connectivity, technology and community. What you'll need
Degree requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a business-related field. Valid driver’s license: Valid driver’s license required due to the nature of the role. Relocation flexibility: Willingness and ability to relocate within the U.S. as needed. What you'll bring
Education: Recent college graduate with 0–3 years of professional work experience. Career ambition: Strong desire to launch and grow a successful career in sales. Sales experience: Preferred experience in cold calling and/or a sales-related major or certificate. Language skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus and highly valued. Program highlights
Monthly Stipend: Receive a $1,000 monthly stipend throughout the 4-month program. Graduation Bonus: A $2,000 bonus upon successful program completion. Placement & Career Opportunities: Placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business, aligned with geographic preference when possible; final placement depends on market availability. Relocation Bonuses: Potential relocation bonuses may be available in certain circumstances. Total Target Cash Compensation
Months 1 & 2: Base salary during foundational training: $57,000 annualized. Months 3 & 4: Base salary $48,300 + up to $17,000 annual commissions; total potential for these months is $65,300. This compensation structure is crafted to reward performance and attract top talent. Benefits & Perks
