We are seeking a
Development and Behavioral Support Specialist
to join our team in Columbia, SC Regional office. The Development and Behavioral Support Specialist is responsible for tracking service delivery plans for children with disabilities, ensuring compliance with laws and meeting the needs of the children and migrant farmworker families. This position also oversees mental health service plans for children, families, and ECMHSP, by providing training and technical assistance, conducting behavioral assessments as needed, and aiding regions and campuses in fostering social-emotional development for all enrolled children. Education and Experience: Accepted: Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Psychology with concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, Mental Health or related field; 5 years’ experience providing T/TA, working with 0-5 children with disabilities and establishing interagency collaborative agreements. Preferred: Master in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Psychology with concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, or Mental Health or related field; 3 years’ experience providing T/TA, working with 0-5 children with disabilities and establishing interagency collaborative agreements. Register Behavior Therapist Certification. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
